Filipika exists to empower persons with visual impairments to become digitally literate, independent, and competitive in the modern workforce. We believe that access is just the starting point—true inclusion happens when you have the skills to excel.

The Filipika Story

Why We Are Here

We realized that while many people with visual impairments have access to computers, there is a massive knowledge gap in how to use them effectively in a professional setting. Knowing how to turn on a computer is one thing; knowing how to manage a complex Excel spreadsheet or host a Zoom conference with a screen reader is another.

Filipika was created to close that gap. We prepare our learners for the corporate job market by teaching them not just what tools to use, but how to use them productively and autonomously.
